
Traveling the world solo is a new trend and undergoing it is just awe. Same as you guys I do, also love to travel alone. But to fill that solo trip with lasting and notable memories, We need friends. No matter if you are a self-observer or socializer, The destination has its aura and mascot too. It is not that much hard as you think off.
Ya, I knew talking to a stranger from different part of world or even it is in your home town is at first a strange emotion but esteem me, sometimes we need a floater to boost us out to recognize āMā as āWā. In simple I mean we need the one who can not only be a good companion for that short voyage but for the lifetime memorable experience.
1. Discover Homestay- linger with local people

Are you having a problem in locating a hotel that fits you?
Then why don’t you go for a Homestay or couchsurfing?
This is the modish Alternative you are having. Aren’t you familiar with this concept then let me brief you homestay is where the local people offer you a bed or a room to stay? This would be a great way to explore the destination not only by its attraction spot but also by its culture and hospitality.

Food will not only help you to kick start your conversation but will also help you know them. Although all the fondest memories are made in cafeterias. While exploring the destination you can stop at a food store for a snack and can also talk with local people. But if you’re a foodie then I bet you will take less time to meet other foodies.
3. Explore tourist spots

Exploring the destination attraction spots will help you to get socialize with the visitor’s not only the locals but also the visitors from different parts of the world. When you are miles away from your home, you will interact with someone for any reason at first it may be, but continuing the conversation will help you to grow your network.

If you love parties, nightlife, dancing, and drinking then the pub is the best place to make friends. These nigh out adventure and fun will make you feel comfortable. And a small shot of a drink will make you social butterfly.

While traveling to a different part of the world it’s not mandatory but will be helpful if you learn some of the common phrases in the language of the destination you are visiting. In many countries, English is one of the common languages, but you knew some words of there language will help you to explore the beautiful destination and get to know the locals.

Then I will suggest you make virtual travel friends by just spending some minutes on applications like Backpackr, Tourlina, virtual tourist…… and more websites and applications are available on the internet. With the help of these applications, you can make your travel friends who are also exploring the same destination as you and can plan out some interesting activities too.
7. Try new things

Exploring an unfamiliar country with that same old tourist activities and that old tour guide booklet will just only let you explore the destination with limitations. The best way to overcome this is by exploring new things ( which is safe ). It is said that what you have not planned is gonna be the best thing of your life.
This unplanned activity could be anything from adventurous activities like bungee jumping, paragliding…., to road trips in jeep.., to try the famous delicacy if that place…., to experience the nightlife…, or it can be anything that touches your soul.
