Among the wide range of flowers, Roses are most loved. On every occasion, whether it’s your dearest friend’s birthday to any pooja in the temple it is used everywhere. This versatile nature of roses along with its awesome fragrance is what makes me fall in love with them. The appearance and fragrance of rose are what attract us towards it.
Now the question arises that Do black roses exist, Do they?
The answer is yes, but they are not naturally grown.
As we all have seen red roses but whenever we talk about black roses they are only seen in fictions or stories, but that too with some other flowers like Black Magic, Black Beauty, Bakara, Black Velvet Rose…… and more
One can find Black Roses in Gothic art. The Roses unknowingly are known as Black roses but they are a very dark shade of red, maroon or purple.
Process of changing the rose color
A shade of Rose can be changed by putting the dark rose in the jar full of water in which Black ink already mixed in. This is one of the processes. Some Black roses are also made by flaming the heat.
An Inside Story 
I am an American Rose Society Consulting Rosarian. There is no such thing as Black Rose in a real sense. Black Baccara is the closest you can get for a black rose but it is not really black. It’s very dark red. Red Rose sometimes can turn black when they are dried. Check our facebook group called Rose Gardening World and see some beautiful roses.

They are sort of like blue roses, in that they exist only as approximations of the colour in reality — shades of lavender that might be called “blue.” And of course they are a thing in fiction and mysticism, a kind of magical, unattainable thing.
