This orange-yellow colored magical fruit has various health benefits. As in India when you feel sick, doctors suggest you to eat papaya for fast recovery. And not only doctors my grandparents and parents say the same.

The use of papaya is very versatile – you can make a smoothie, mix it in fruit chaat, or can simply have it by adding little bit seasoning of salt and chaat masala as per your taste.

Papaya is rich in fiber and less in calories also. It’s sweet and juicy flavor will keep you full and also work as a filling food. Papaya work great in weight loss.

Papain – enzyme that is good for ingestion is found in papaya. Papaya is rich in fiber and content of water, intake of which will keep you full for hours and also improves ingestion.
