4 vegetarian high protein food for breakfast

High protein diet is what nutritionists suggests for weight loss. They suggest us to take a good amount of protein in breakfast.

Many of us skip our breakfast for what so ever reason it is, but we do and that the main reason why we feel less energetic and concentrated whole day. After 8 hours of mandatory sleep – we need a food that kick start our day and make us energetic and active. Here I am sharing some Vegetarian Protein food that is good for a healthy diet.

(1). Flaxseeds

It is one of the best source of Proteins. Each table spoon of flaxseeds contain 1.8 gram of Omega 3s. This is not just end they also contain protein, magnesium, phosphorous, calcium also. They are nutty and crunchy in taste. There are various ways to eat Flaxseeds — Like # you can add this in your breakfast cereal.

# you can have it with yogurt

# You can mix it in mustard or mayo as you like while making toast or sandwich.

# You can also bake them and can have with N number of dishes like muffins,cakes,bread,and can even have in chapati.

(2). Oats

Oats are rich in protein and fibre. It is also come under the category of filling food. Because of having this character trait the less proportion of intake will also your stomach full for hours and away from food craving. With oats you can have N number of dishes. It is also same as Flaxseeds.

(3). Yogurt

yogurt is a dairy item, full of protein and calcium in it. The best time to have yogurt is in morning. you can have it with meal like have it with bread, chapatti. or you can simply have this as a healthy food. There are also lot of ways to have this, it just depend upon you that how you love and wish to have. You can take it simple | or can just add a little bit of salt , red chilly powder, cumin powder or roasted cumin seeds to taste a better version of yogurt. | You can also have it with the muesli, Granola, flaxseeds, nuts, fruits and other seeds.

(4).Nuts

Nuts in general are wide variety of dried seeds. various types of nuts such as Almonds, Pecans, Pistachios, Walnuts, Brazil- Nuts, Hazelnuts, Chestnuts, acrons etc. Nuts are full of energy and nutrient rich. There is not any best time for having but i will recommend you to add this in your breakfast meal. It’s nutrients and energy will help you to be energetic whole day.
