
1. Choose wisely – workout according to your body
Many of us workout for a perfect figure but one need to know its body type so that he/she can choose a correct workout plan.
There are 3 different body types:

(i) Ectomorph
Ectomorph people body is skinny and have stubborn belly fat. As compared with other body types Ectomorph is good with carb diet chart.
A very famous Star keira knightly also have the same body type.
(ii) Endomorph
People with this body type typically store more body fat mainly around butt and belly.
A low carb diet plan will be good for people who come under Endomorph body type.
A very famous personalities like kim Kardashian’s and Kate Winslet’s also have the same body type.
(iii) Mesomorph
The best part about this body type is that despite of the fact that they easily store the body fat, they tend to shed kilo’s it in less efforts as compared with other two body types.
A balanced diet plan will be effective for this body type.
Famous personalities like Jennifer Lawrence and Irina shayk share the same body type.
2. Add Nutrition in your diet
After discovering your body type make your diet chart accordingly. Having nutritions in your daily diet will help you to shed kilo’s in short span. You can also use your smartphone as a personal coach by installing apps like calories counter and more you can check my other post too for the same.
3. Lessen up your stress
Nowadays where we stress up with little things, I knew it’s sound difficult to not take stress but I feel like we can control it to some extent. Not for anybody else but for our health Benefits we can take this initiative step.
When we get stressed our body releases the stress hormone that is named as cortisol. So, high level of stress will lead to release high level of cortisol which as a result will produce more body fat and mainly around stomach.
Many of us thinks a lot about one topic. Thinking or taking stress for that will give you nothing. Be positive in life, and you will see the difference. Thinking a lot about the same will only depress you.
So, stressing up yourself for any reason will not provide you anything except more body fat. So, a proper sleep with a healthy and nutritious meal will help you to achieve your desired target.
4. Exercise daily
All the components are mandatory in weight loss. From sleep to Correct form of Exercise that fits your body type all are equally effective in your weight loss process. Doing alone exercise or diet will not properly effect your body.
Tips: Suppose if you can’t exercise for 30 minutes altogether then divide your time as per your body demands, like divide it in 3 sets of 10 minutes each or you can make 2 sets of 15 minutes. This is totally depend on you. Just remember that you don’t have to harm yourself by doing the more exercise than your body allow you to do. Doing this will result vice a versa as you wished off.
