A healthy Oats Shake drink- for a healthy day start

Many of us forget to have the most important thing that is our breakfast our charger. A nutrient full breakfast not only keeps you full for hours but also avoids unwanted spree gatherings.

I understand that comfortably sitting and having breakfast and clutching a meal is something that keeps you lack behind in your daily chores. So here I am today with the boring but most tasty one of my favorite Oats Shake recipe.

let us start with ingredients that you gonna need it! for this yummy oats shake drink.



  1. 2 tablespoon roasted flax seeds and pumpkin seeds
  2. Simple Oats – 200-gram
  3. cocoa powder 1tablespoon
  4. 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  5. some Nuts as per your choices – like almonds, walnuts, cashew, and others
  6. 400 ml to 500 ml Double toned milk – This quantity depends on you i.e. you can add or less as per need or your desire for consistency of the shake or the drink.


1. Place all the solid components into the blender accompanying with some milk to create a paste.

2. Append milk by frequent interim moreover flutter the mix-up

approximately three to four times conversely till you prepare a smooth texture.

Why this shake is so healthy?

Oats: Rich in fiber moreover antioxidants, It helps to reduce cholesterol moreover elevate blood sugar levels.

Flax seeds: It is rich in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and dietary fiber—the whole of which keeps your blood pressure in control.

Furthermore, flax seeds are good for reducing the risk of cancer.

Pumpkin seeds: It is the natural source of magnesium and control our blood pressure. Moreover reduces the risk of heart disease.

Almonds:  Rich in healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium, furthermore vitamin E—almonds possess it wholly. It helps in lessening blood sugar, lessen blood pressure, moreover reduce cholesterol. Moreover, they are also filling food.

Walnuts: Aloof of the well-known perks, walnuts aid in controlling type 2 diabetes moreover provides you a salubrious abdomen.

  2. My husband likes things like that and he has breakfast always, it would be ideal for him because of the ingredients.
    I never have breakfast, I really hated it as a kid and even more as I had grown up and now I am getting quite high up regarding number of years. I eat the first time between 11.30-12.30 when most people have lunch. I can live with 2 meals a day, but most often I have 3 meals, but never consume any snacks. I’m not sweets person, I prefer salty foods.
    I suppose such meal plan prevented me from ever getting any extra weight since I have retained the same weight and look for 40 years now since I was 21. I’ve never done any diets and have not spent a single hour at gym. I’m just eating self-made and self-grown everything, no artificial or synthetic anything.
    This morning shake would work well probably with my very late breakfast-lunch since I love oats. Well, I’d skip peanut butter, I never eat that, but add strawberries maybe.

      that’s good to hear about your diet plan. Yup If I truly say, earlier I hated oats. But love granola and Quinoa but after trying this recipe I am now loving Oats. It has taken a place in my diet plan. I also love strawberries and blueberries. If you try this recipe without peanut butter then for sure don’t forget to share the review with me. 😍
